CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 3 months prior to stay, 100% refund,

minus $50 processing fee

Less than 3 months prior to stay, the deposit (50% of total cost) will be refunded only if I am able to re-book the house

POOL AND CREEK

The pool is indoors and will be heated to 80 degrees year-round. It is a sports pool with starting depth of 3.5 feet and the majority of the pool is 4.5 feet deep. Sorry, no diving.


The house is located next to Stanchfield Creek which flows into the Rum River. The creek mostly offers a great visual but if you're feeling adventurous you can bring a kayak or a fishing pole.

BEDS

Green Room (main level): queen bed, firm foam mattress

Pink Room (main level): king bed, traditional mattress on a platform

Wilderness Room (downstairs): king-size bed

Gold Room (downstairs): queen-size circle bed

Downstairs living room area: queen bed, twin murphy bed 

Additional beds: full-sized rollaway bed, 2 twin-sized rollaway bed, queen air mattress, couches

BATHS

Brown main level bathroom: includes tub (no shower)

Blue/green main level bathroom: connected to pink room, includes a shower and double sinks

Cat basement bathroom: includes shower

There will be a rack of clothes,

wigs, sunglasses, props to use.

  • Wi-Fi (QR code is in the entry way, just point camera up to code and it will log you in)

Security:
There are cameras on the exterior of the house. No cameras on the interior

Clean-up:
Please bring garbage to the small dumpster at the end of the driveway. Put any used towels in the tub in the brown bathroom. Put dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. Leave bedding on beds
