CANCELLATION POLICY

Guest must cancel at least 14 days prior to check-in day for a full refund minus a $50 fee to cover credit card processing/refunding. If the guest cancels less than 14 days prior to check-in day, they will be charged 50% of the room cost (not charged for cleaning fee or taxes).

POOL AND CREEK

The pool is indoors and will be heated to 80 degrees year-round. It is a sports pool with starting depth of 3.5 feet and the majority of the pool is 4.5 feet deep. Sorry, no diving.

The house is located next to Stanchfield Creek which flows into the Rum River. The depth of the creek varies but most years it is deep enough to kayak, canoe, or float.

Green Room (main level): queen bed, firm foam mattress

Pink Room (main level): king bed, traditional mattress on a platform

Wilderness Room (downstairs): king-size waterbed

Gold Room (downstairs): queen-size circle bed

Downstairs living room area: two twin murphy beds, queen bed 

Additional beds: full-sized rollaway bed, twin-sized rollaway bed, queen air mattress, couches

BATHS

Brown main level bathroom: includes tub (no shower)

Blue/green main level bathroom: connected to pink room, includes a shower and double sinks

Cat basement bathroom: includes shower
